Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with every order. If something is not right, this page explains how returns and refunds work at sh store.
Return timeframe
You may start a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date on your order. After we approve your request, please send the item back within 14 days using the instructions we provide, unless we agree to a different timeline in writing.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition with tags and original packaging where applicable.
- Hygiene-sealed products must remain sealed unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
- Final sale, clearance, and personalized or made-to-order items are not returnable unless required by law.
- We may refuse returns that show wear, misuse, missing parts, or damage not caused in shipping.
Refund process
Sign in and open Orders, or use the link in your order confirmation email.
Select the item(s) to return and submit a request with a short reason.
We will send a return authorization by email with the return address and any required labels.
Pack items securely—preferably in original packaging—and ship with a trackable service.
After we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take extra time to show the credit.
